As a Track Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of railway infrastructure.
- Lead a team of skilled professionals to perform track maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Certify track fit for traffic after repairs or renovations.
You will be responsible for prioritizing, programming, and supervising day and night track maintenance works. This will involve inspecting track assets, recommending maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in supervising track maintenance teams, a strong understanding of safety and compliance, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resources, emergency responses, and maintaining accurate work records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in supervising track maintenance teams.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage rosters, resources, and emergency responses.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Cert III Rail Infrastructure, Or PTC Legacy qualifications such as Road Foreman, Mobile Gangers, Special Gangers.
