Job Summary

This role is responsible for guiding a team to deliver critical infrastructure and environmental outcomes across the region. The Senior Coastal Infrastructure Manager will oversee the maintenance of foreshore infrastructure, including beach access, dune stabilisation, landscaping, and minor building works.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and guidance to team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
  2. Supervise and manage the completion of maintenance tasks related to foreshore infrastructure.
  3. Coordinate resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications or extensive experience in civil, landscaping, or horticultural works.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong project planning and technical skills, including interpreting drawings and managing costs.
  • Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices and risk management.
