Cleaning and Environmental Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Environmental Services professional to supervise cleaning contractors and maintain high standards of property presentation.
This role is key to ensuring Crown's facilities are clean, safe, and environmentally responsible.
Responsibilities- Audit and oversee cleaning operations to meet monthly targets
- Manage contractor performance and compliance documentation
- Oversee consumables ordering and hard flooring programs
- Monitor waste disposal and diversion rates, address contamination issues
- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to uphold service standards
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in customer service and operational cleaning management
- Ability to work full-time across a 7-day rotation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
