Environmental Services Assistant (Laundry and Cleaning)

Mayflower Brighton is seeking a motivated, energetic, and caring Environmental Services Assistant to join our team. This casual role offers flexible work times, which can be discussed during the phone screening.

About The Role
  • Location: Brighton
  • Maintain cleanliness of the home and resident rooms, assist with laundry and general services tasks.
  • Work in a team to ensure a safe, clean environment meeting quality standards.
  • Follow infection control guidelines related to cleaning and laundry.
  • Be inclusive, empathetic, and respectful to all residents.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of environmental tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good prioritization skills.
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (aged care or vulnerable people).
  • Up-to-date Covid vaccination certificate.
