Job Title: Strategic ICT Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Strategic ICT Manager in a leading organization.
The successful candidate will have experience in establishing and managing ICT Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade programs, working closely with corporate business areas and product managers to deliver technology upgrades aligned with product lifecycle roadmaps.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders for negotiation, consultation, and decision-making purposes in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program.
  • Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products using PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies.
  • Consult and negotiate with clients, senior management, suppliers, other public sector agencies, and key stakeholders on the development and implementation of best practice initiatives and service delivery standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience within the public sector and large complex government departments.
  • Proven track record of successful program and/or project delivery using PRINCE2 and traditional and hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams and vendors to deliver required outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
