About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Asset Improvement Specialist to join our team at our Bunbury Operations in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing electrical and instrumentation projects to improve the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in managing capital projects and working with cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Electrical Asset Improvement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing electrical and instrumentation projects to improve operational efficiency and reliability
  • Managing capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize electrical and instrumentation projects
  • Developing and maintaining electrical and instrumentation standards and procedures
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Significant post-graduate experience in electrical engineering and project management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
