Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in Regency Park, SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, overseeing contractors, and reporting on work order variations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and evaluate project contracts and variations
  • Respond to inquiries and problem-solve regarding programs, projects, and services
  • Manage paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions
  • Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working in a similar position
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to create reports on costing data
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management

What We Offer:

$72,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
