About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Structures Supervisor to take ownership of one of the underground stations build scopes. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources, ensuring compliance to safety and environmental standards, and managing site security and material/plant deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the utilisation of all on-site resources
  • Ensure all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
  • Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
  • Manage site security and material/plant deliveries and storage
  • Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
  • Forward plan daily/weekly/monthly construction work, including resource requirements and trade coordination
  • Ensure subcontracts act safety and comply with safety requirements
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry, with a background in structures and heavy lifting operations. You will have demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment, with a focus on delivering on deadlines and maintaining a zero-harm environment.
