
Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and being the primary point of contact for project communications.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.
- Guarantee deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, resolving conflicts and conducting project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations to solidify knowledge gained.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating projects, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Exposure to IT security projects is a significant advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, and strong attention to detail across all project stages.
- Builds strong relationships with teams and clients, promoting collaboration and maintaining clear communication.
