We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of clients with varied disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:- Caseload of NDIS clients with varied disabilities
- Work with children and adults in their homes, schools, and community settings
- Supervision and support from experienced senior clinician and external mentor
- Opportunity to work with AAC, swallowing, and complex communication needs
- Opportunity to tailor caseload to interests and experience
- Work in interdisciplinary team (OTs, speech therapists, positive behavior support practitioners)
- Qualified Speech Therapist with energy and commitment to working with people with disability
- Enjoy working with people with complex communication needs
- Understanding of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to assess and diagnose swallowing disorders
- Ability to work effectively as a team member alongside OT and behavior support practitioners
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write accessible information
