Northern RV has over 20 years' experience offering a wide range of services for caravans or motorhomes including repairs, insurance-quotes, servicing, parts and accessories.

**About the role**
The Service & Workshop Technician is responsible for a range of day-to-day duties including both service and installs across a range of caravan & RV's.

This position will be based out of our Somerton workshop.

**The key responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling and completing a range of servicing works and installs.
- Insurance inquiries.
- Customers updates in relation workshop repairs.
- Source and order replacement parts for workshop.
- Manage timeline for workshop repairs.
- Schedule drop-off and pickups.
- Create invoices and payments for workshop.
- Attend to jobs for manufactures install of gas, diesel heaters, air cons, water tanks etc.
- Inspect finished workshop jobs before delivery.
- Oversee workshop quality of workmanship.
- Records of workshop jobs for filing.
- Mechanically minded.
- Strong ability with hand and power tools.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Mechanical experience in the automotive or caravan industry would be ideal but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communications and customer service skills
- 12vdc knowledge - wiring up different devices.
- Positive attitude
