We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Macquarie and surrounding area. Your key responsibilities will include delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.

Your work will be focused on helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration
  • Ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged-care clients in the community
  • Post-graduate experience across aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy

  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum third-party property damage car insurance
