About the Role:



As a Cloud Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client engagements meet the highest standards. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide guidance and support to meet contractual obligations. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.



About You:




  • You have previous experience in a leadership role within the managed services industry.
  • You possess proven experience in managed services delivery, with a strong understanding of SLAs, ITIL framework, and industry best practices.
  • You have expertise in managing AWS & Azure Managed Service Provider status and Strategic Account plans.
  • You have a solid understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service.
  • You have a strong grasp of managed services concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • You are an effective leader who can motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • You have sound commercial acumen and are an enabler in the business.
  • You can negotiate, motivate, influence, and build strong relationships.
  • AWS & AZURE certifications and experience are desirable.
  • Operational understanding of AWS and AZURE consoles, Service Now, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft DevOps.
