Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights that shape strategy and drive performance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and has a strong commercial understanding. You will be responsible for developing financial models and undertaking detailed financial analysis to support business cases and influence decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and undertake detailed financial analysis to support business decisions;
  • Build strategic working relationships with stakeholders, including executive level;
  • Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Support forecasting and review of quarterly forecasts;
  • Provide regular reporting to support sales, marketing & expense budgets;
  • Work closely with Accounting and Actuarial to provide actionable insights;
  • Review month end financial results for timely and accurate reporting.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, strong technical finance skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key skills include:

  • Proven ability to build financial models and undertake detailed financial analysis;
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships with various stakeholders;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree or working towards a professional finance qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent);
  • Experience in finance systems such as FinanceOne or Adaptive Insights is a bonus.
