Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the establishment and implementation of a contemporary management structure for our business.

This strategic role includes:

  • Corporate Service Management;
  • Financial and Asset Governance;
  • Human Resource Development;
  • Customer-Centric Service Principles;
  • Health and Safety Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing business operations in a small to medium-sized enterprise, with commercial, financial, and business acumen, as well as strategic thinking, confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
