Leading a UAV ground control systems team requires a strong technical expertise and leadership qualities. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our multidisciplinary team working on UAV ground control systems.

Job Description:

We drive integration, verification, and validation activities for ground control systems. Our hands-on testing and troubleshooting of communications, networking, and mission planning systems in lab and field environments is crucial. We support development, deployment, and operation of drone control and mission planning infrastructure. Diagnosing hardware and systems issues in the field and coordinating solutions with engineering teams is essential. Contributing to system integration and test plans ensures performance, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7–8 years' total engineering experience, with at least 3 years in UAV, aerospace, or communications systems.
  • Strong knowledge of communications systems and networks.
  • Ground control stations, drone controllers, and mission planning software.
  • Systems/hardware testing, integration, and validation processes.
  • Hands-on field experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/system issues.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
