Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of superior engineering services for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight across Continuing Airworthiness, UAS Certification, and broader Engineering Services.

  • Develop and execute plans for engineering, technical, and airworthiness tasks to meet contractual and operational objectives.
  • Design and implement effective workforce planning systems to support proactive and responsive service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customer representatives to drive project success.
About You:
  • Possess an Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Demonstrate experience in Defence or Aerospace programs, with military aviation knowledge highly regarded.
  • Skillful in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation tools.
  • Confident managing cross-functional teams and leading in high-pressure, customer-facing environments.
