Job Title: Data Migration Lead

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional to lead data migration projects and drive high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, problem-solving, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics & Data Migration solutions across various industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in establishing data governance frameworks, proficient in developing and implementing BI / Data strategies, and skilled in data migration processes and methodologies.

The role requires the management of a small team of Business intelligence/migration data experts, building relationships with partners to understand their data quality, data management & AI offerings, and contributing data migration expertise to sales material, RFIs and tenders for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and architecting BI solutions
  • Establishing data governance frameworks
  • Developing and implementing BI / Data strategies
  • Migrating data between systems
  • Managing a team of Business intelligence/migration data experts
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in developing and implementing BI / Data strategies
  • Skilled in data migration processes and methodologies
  • Expertise in establishing data governance frameworks
  • Strong capabilities in designing and architecting BI solutions
  • Proficient in data warehousing concepts and architecture
  • Skilled in creating logical and physical data models
  • Extensive experience with BI tools and analytics platforms
