Nurse for Young Families

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Family Nurse to join our team in providing family-centred, culturally safe care to families with children aged 0–2 years.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop plans to meet the needs of families.
- Provide health promotion and education to support parents and child health and development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum two (2) years in a hospital-based postgraduate role.
- Previous experience in Child and Family Nursing or working toward it.

Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
