Job Title: Operations Analyst

LGT Crestone is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to clients through a range of operational activities.

  • Daily reporting, reconciliations, and checklist completion are key tasks that require attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Onboarding new clients involves understanding documentation requirements and conducting AML/KYC verification checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recording static data into systems, including updating client information, account classifications, products, and services requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Processing account closures and deceased estates (probate/will) involves following established procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Asset transfers according to client instructions and market deadlines require effective communication and coordination with custodians and business partners.
  • Asset cost bases must be accurately processed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of client accounts.

A successful candidate will possess at least two years' experience in Operations within Financial Services, a good understanding of Australian Financial Markets, and a degree qualification in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
