We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships and identifying their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through quality conversations and personalized advice.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Assist customers with everyday banking and provide guidance on financial products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Confidence in making sales and managing relationships for the long-term.
- Basic business or financial knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
