Scheduler Position
">At our organization, we are seeking experienced schedulers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
">About the Job:We are currently seeking schedulers for two rewarding opportunities: In-Home Services Scheduler and Residential Scheduling Coordinator. Both roles involve coordinating care for clients in their homes or in our facilities.
">Key Responsibilities:- Create, monitor, and maintain client rosters with precision.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client care records.
- Collaborate with our care staff to ensure all client needs are met.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers.
- Generate reports and ensure rosters adhere to industry award guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous scheduling experience in an aged care or acute care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proven time management skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
