About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing a range of tasks related to investigations.

  • Co-ordinate and manage complaints, including conducting preliminary inquiries, investigation, analysis of records, preparing reports and hearing briefs.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including complainants, legal advisers, legal representatives, witnesses and other relevant parties.

This role requires a high level of organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, assess and inquire into complaints against judicial officers.
  • Provide executive input, analysis and support to the Commission and any investigation panel.
  • Assist parties to a complaint, witnesses and other stakeholders regarding statutory process, legal obligations, rights and options available to address or resolve matters.
