Senior Investigation and Compliance Officer
">Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance, supervision, mentoring, and support to staff in their job requirements relating to investigation work.
- Undertake complex investigations, complaints management, review of contested infringement notices, and contribute to the delivery of enforcing legislation within the municipality.
- Provide high-level investigation and complaints management service provision to regulatory services.
