Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead Field Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for the construction engineering within the civil discipline, including interpreting design drawings and specifications for execution of civil works.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline and at least six years of relevant work experience. They must also be able to utilize the TeamWorks automation suite and have knowledge of project technical requests.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant technical discipline from an accredited university as well as a minimum of six years relevant work experience, or 12 years relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • Working knowledge of construction surveying, excavation and backfill operations, and concrete installation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H). Demonstrated commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.
  • Computer-literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Familiar with current industry quality standards.
