We are seeking an experienced Construction Professional to lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable construction practices on global projects.

The role involves overall planning, direction, organization, and budgeting of all construction or maintenance work on the project, with a focus on time and cost constraints.

The job holder will coordinate with clients, project management, and project services to identify reporting procedures and formats necessary for client and management needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies for erection interfaces and determining appropriate construction methods
  • Reviewing construction/erection drawings and specifications prepared for the project for economic constructability
  • Establishing the construction requirements for pre-fabrication and modularization
  • Directing, monitoring, and motivating subordinate construction specialists in performance and direct activities as necessary

Requirements:

  • A minimum of significant construction management experience on major projects or in heavy or industrial construction
  • Demonstrated health and safety management focus in the construction phase of project delivery, with extensive knowledge of health and safety management procedures and safe work practices
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a discipline-focused team
