**The Role**

**Reporting to the Project Manager Surat,** you will deliver quality and fit-for-purpose assets, infrastructure and facilities to enable gas production to meet commercial requirements by managing and leveraging project execution contracts.

This role is critical to the success of our field operations so whilst it is Brisbane based, there will be a significant amount of field travel included (approximately 50%).

**In addition you will**:

- Build, lead, develop and manage strong owners teams to deliver required project outcomes including Safety at the front line delivering Company and assigned Off Plot Project Safety Objectives through support from direct line, HR, project team members and relevant business units in understanding needs and following Arrows Health Safety and Environmental Management Systems and associated project HSE documentation.
- Fulfill the obligations of Site Manager / Site Safety Manager as outlined in Arrow's HSEMS.
- Ensure relevant quality objectives of the project are met by implementing agreed project quality plans / documentation.
- Lead and manage the construction of new Surat Off Plot infrastructure and facilities ensuring agreed time / cost outcomes are met as well as providing necessary constructability input / improvement initiatives into projects, by working with relevant project team members, internal support groups and external contracting teams maintaining agreed project commitments as well as providing a forum for constructability / continuous improvement input.
- Lead and manage the interface between Surat Off Plot project teams and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Projects are delivered in alignment with project commitments and relevant technical standards following agreed access and approval plans and any relevant and applicable Arrow standard processes.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- High school certificate or Diploma in relevant field.
- Proven extensive success in leading and managing large packages of Construction work on Oil & Gas capital projects.
- Skills and competency in successfully managing construction contracts.
- Skills managing field based contractor workforces to deliver to;
