Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Allied Health Support Professional to join our team. This casual role involves providing high-quality assistance and support in the delivery of allied health services to patients/clients in community and acute settings.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an allied health professional, delivering hands-on therapy for clients, facilitating group activities, and participating in home visiting and client assessments/reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with allied health professionals to achieve client outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practice
Requirements
  • Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance (AHA3) or equivalent qualification
  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups
