We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Process Analyst/Technical Writer to support the PMO within the Transformation Office. This role will be responsible for documenting processes, creating clear and concise technical documentation, performing data analysis, and assisting in the standardization of methodologies used by SMEs, developers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Documentation: Analyze, document, and map business processes within the Transformation Office, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, standardized, and aligned with overall transformation objectives.
  • Technical Writing: Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including but not limited to process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user manuals for tools and systems used by the Transformation Office.
  • Data Analytics: Perform data analysis to support the PMO's decision-making process, including the analysis of program performance, financial savings, and process efficiency. Use data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive improvements in the transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration with SMEs and Developers: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and other stakeholders to gather detailed technical information, ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation, and integrate data-driven insights into process improvements.
  • Methodology Standardization: Assist in the development and documentation of standardized methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for use across the transformation program, ensuring consistency in approach and execution.
  • Change Management Support: Document and communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that changes are well-understood and implemented effectively.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all documentation and data practices adhere to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and that they are regularly updated to reflect any changes in processes, systems, or data.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Assist the PMO Lead in creating reports and metrics related to process efficiency, documentation quality, project progress, and data-driven insights, providing valuable information to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure that team members are proficient in using new processes, tools, systems, and data analysis techniques introduced as part of the transformation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving documentation, process efficiency, and data utilization, recommending and implementing enhancements where appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Technical Writing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL, Technical Writing, Data Analytics certifications) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, technical writing, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within a technology or telecommunications environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Visio). Strong data analytics skills, including experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Strong understanding of business process mapping, process improvement methodologies, and data visualization. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and data-driven information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
