**Front Office Administrator Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator to join our multi-office real estate agency in Melbourne's inner Bayside. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-of-house duties, and support the Property Management team with administration tasks.

About the Role:
  • Manage all front-of-house duties, including phones and foot traffic.
  • Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous reception experience in real estate (a must).
  • Immaculate presentation and an upbeat and friendly phone manner.
  • Crystal clear and polished verbal English.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
