Bar Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Team Leader to lead and supervise our food and beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to create new cocktail menus and improve existing ones.
  • Manage bar inventory, conduct stock takes, and ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and attend to stocktake and transfers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • A valid RSA certificate and strong understanding of beverage service and mixology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • 5-star grooming standards and a positive first impression.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
