Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical and holistic care to residents in an aged care setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Provide leadership and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislative requirements to support excellent care and a dignified lifestyle for residents.
What We Require
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation governing aged care.
  • Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team effectively.
  • Familiarity with restrictive practices and behavioural management principles.
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role with strong day-to-day clinical issue management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
