Key Position Overview

Calvary Tanilba Shores offers a casual nursing opportunity in a aged care setting.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical and holistic care to residents, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

  • As a registered nurse you will work closely with staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • You are expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a registered nurse
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation governing aged care
  • Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of restrictive practices and behavioural management
  • Experience in a leadership role with ability to manage day-to-day clinical issues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
