**About the opportunity**:
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective management of all resident care and wellbeing. You will ensure effective documentation of care and service, whilst meeting legal requirements and maximizing financial outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, the Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to residents that meets the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of the elder.

**Successful applicants must have**:

- Registered Nurse qualifications with current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current NDIS Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care
- Demonstrated strong understanding and experience of ACFI Funding
- Previous experience in a similar role or experience in a senior nursing/management level
- Demonstrated leadership of a multi-skilled team with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach
- Computer literacy, Dementia Competency and Post-graduate management training _is desirable_
- A relationship centered approach to care and supervision with a genuine interest in working with the aged
- Expertise in medication administration and wound care with a commitment to ongoing clinical excellence
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Fully approved Covid19 Vaccinations
