Job Overview

We are seeking a Vision Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth fulfillment of customer orders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for suppliers, stakeholders, and global departments.
  • Collaborate with Head Office teams in Canada and local Sales & Marketing to ensure efficient order processing, CRM use, and cost-effective processes that meet service, safety, and revenue targets.
  • Manage product repairs, including braille and low vision devices, and oversee the RMA system to provide visibility for internal teams and customers.
Key Requirements
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including inventory management, warehouse control, repairs, and office administration.
  • Management of stock ordering, goods receipting, dispatch, and inventory control using Great Plains (CRM).
  • Handling customer orders, payments, sales fulfillment, and liaison with Customs as needed.
  • Leading technical servicing and repairs of HumanWare and third-party products, including quality control.
