Job Overview

QML Pathology is a business with an expansive network of medical laboratories and patient collection centres across Australia. This role combines supervising staff with hands-on laboratory work. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a laboratory team in a multi-disciplinary setting, prioritizing workflow to meet client requirements, and ensuring results are released within agreed turnaround times.

Responsibilities and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) or other AIMS-accredited equivalent degree. You will also require at least 2 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary scientific role, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
