We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile industrial project. This is a greenfield project with a 12-month program offering the opportunity to take ownership of an important build from start to finish.

The Role:

  • As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring program delivery meets time, budget, and compliance requirements.
  • You will lead a team of construction professionals, overseeing safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

Key Highlights:

  • A large-scale industrial project requiring structural steel, precast, specialist services, offices, and end-to-end facility delivery.
  • Full site control and leadership, working with structured systems and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to medium to large-scale industrial, processing, or manufacturing builds highly regarded.
  • A competitive package up to $250k+ for the successful candidate.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Construction Project Manager delivering complex commercial builds.
  • Strong technical knowledge across structure, services, and fit-out.
  • Ability to operate within structured systems (Hammertech, Procore, MS Project/Excel).
  • Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
