Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Team Leader to oversee our construction unit and manage various maintenance programs. The successful applicant will be an in-field working supervisor with excellent leadership skills.

The position is based at our Inverell Works Centre and involves managing a team of staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: NSW School Certificate or equivalent; Successful completion of an approved course for supervisors OR suitable experience;
  • Skills: Knowledge of roadwork techniques and quality control requirements; Knowledge of structural practices;
