Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead for Positive Behaviour Support to join our multidisciplinary allied health practice.

This role will involve supporting and leading a team of clinicians to deliver evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour support services to participants in the community.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting your own reduced caseload of participants by providing exceptional evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour supports.
  • Identifying, implementing and evaluating ongoing quality improvement opportunities for service delivery.
  • Providing leadership that maximises individual potential and supports team members to thrive as clinicians.
  • Maintaining a safe, healthy and respectful workplace culture.
