Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for client needs.
Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling to enhance client value and meet business goals.
Monitor and report on customer metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
Regularly visit client sites to strengthen relationships and understand their operational needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies in all customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Success Relationship Manager should have: Experience in account management or client relationship roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
A results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Proficiency in analysing customer data to drive informed decision-making.
A willingness to travel to client sites as required.
A solid understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry.
What's on Offer A competitive base salary of approximately $100,000-$130,000 AUD plus superannuation and a company car plus incentive scheme.
