Enhancing operational risk awareness and culture is crucial for success in our team. To achieve this, we seek a professional to support the Commodities and Global Markets Client Fulfilment Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular control assurance activities and investigate incidents to promote continuous improvement and operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to review control effectiveness and implement corrective solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk, or Client Onboarding/Refresh.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different seniority levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and grasp complex concepts.
