Before and After School Care Program Manager

Oversee daily operations of a before and after school care program for children aged 5-12, fostering engaging experiences and cultivating strong ties with the local community.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities tailored to the needs of children aged 5-12.
- Evaluate and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all services.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members, promoting continuous skill development and growth.
Passionate about creating positive change in young lives, you excel at building meaningful relationships. Experience in childcare or out-of-school hours care is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Achieved or currently pursuing an ACECQA-accredited Diploma qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or equivalent).
- Held a valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
- Willingness to acquire HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certifications, and a National Criminal History Check dated within six months.
