About the Role

As a Senior Treasury Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing cash and liquidity reporting and forecasts, treasury operations, delivery of cash targets, and intercompany reconciliation processes across Australia and New Zealand.

You will report directly to the Pacific Financial Services Manager and mentor and manage the Treasury Accountant.

  • Provide insightful analysis on cash flow with recommendations and implement relevant mitigation strategies.

  • Create monthly reports on liquidity forecast and reporting with variance analysis.

  • Review bank and cash reconciliations ensuring all discrepancies are cleared.

  • Determine daily cash requirements and arrange necessary funding.

  • Develop quarterly rolling forecast cash flows and monitor variances accordingly.

  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation process ensuring agreement on intercompany transactions and balances.

  • Mentor and support the Treasury Accountant in their role.
