**Job Overview**

The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the Client Services Team.

This includes:

  • Providing administrative support to Advisors and Client Service Officers
  • Workflow management
  • Preparing client documents and confirming client appointments
  • Database management and maintenance
  • Liaising with providers
  • Data collection management
  • Reception relief and performing ad-hoc duties including scanning, filing and the distribution of mail

**Essential Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a professional services environment
  • Previous experience supporting a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine and personalised approach to customer service
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong database management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Studies in Financial Planning, Accounting or Commerce desirable but not essential
