We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for preparing dough, baking a variety of bread and pastries, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in every product we produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing ingredients to create dough for bread, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Operating ovens to bake bread, cakes, cookies, and other items
  • Developing and modifying recipes to meet customer preferences or dietary needs
  • Ensuring that baked goods meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
  • Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment, workstations, and storage areas
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing information about baked goods
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new recipes, and baking techniques

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a baker (preferred)
  • Australian work authorisation (preferred)
