About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Linde. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support relating to published policies and routine HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Participate in HR activities such as salary review, year-end activities, and performance management

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members
  • Strong communication skills with an aptitude for learning
  • Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies and advice
  • Open to fresh graduates or seasoned HR recruitment professionals looking for an entry-level generalist role
