Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Talent Focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our employees, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to support effective people management practices
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and labour hire management
  • Deliver administrative and support services to support the effective operation of the HR function
  • Source and compile HR information to inform decision making
  • Identify and analyse emerging issues and trends to inform effective decision making
  • Update and maintain HR records and databases
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement in HR

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply chain, Storage or similar industry in Australia
