About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Radio Operator to join our dynamic team.

As a Radio Operator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality live broadcasts and outside events. You will be responsible for operating studio panel equipment, supporting on-air teams, commentators, and producers, and managing live crosses, interviews, and audio elements with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radio studio equipment to ensure smooth delivery of live sport coverage and outside broadcasts.
  • Support on-air teams, commentators, and producers to deliver top-quality broadcasts.
  • Manage live crosses, interviews, and audio elements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues under pressure to keep us on air.
Requirements
  • Experience with radio studio equipment and broadcast systems (panel operating or production experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure during live broadcasts.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
  • Passion for sport and desire to be part of the live action.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
