What Does Your Day-to-Day Look Like
  • Operate studio panel equipment to ensure smooth delivery of live sport coverage and outside broadcasts.
  • Support on-air teams, commentators, and producers to deliver top-quality broadcasts.
  • Manage live crosses, interviews, and audio elements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues under pressure to keep us on air.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Content and Tech teams to make every broadcast a success.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with radio studio equipment and broadcast systems (panel operating or production experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure during live broadcasts.
  • A flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
  • A passion for sport and a desire to be part of the live action.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
