Live Sport Broadcasting Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Casual Panel Operator to join our team and play a key role in delivering live sport broadcasts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that produces over 2,500 hours of live sport every year.

  • You will operate studio panel equipment to ensure smooth delivery of live sport coverage and outside broadcasts.

  • Support on-air teams, commentators, and producers to deliver top-quality broadcasts.

  • Manage live crosses, interviews, and audio elements with precision and attention to detail.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues under pressure to keep us on air.

  • Work collaboratively with the Content and Tech teams to make every broadcast a success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with radio studio equipment and broadcast systems (panel operating or production experience preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure during live broadcasts.

  • A flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days.

  • A passion for sport and a desire to be part of the live action.

  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
